Personal Fitness with me works!

There are many ways that you can have personal training with me.

I work mostly with virtual personal training over Zoom, FaceTime, WhatApp and Skype, this enables you to be able to train with me in an environment comfortable to you, and with less time constraints to both of us. The other benefits are that you don't have to live in Devon, and it works out as a much more affordable option for you.

What do we do?

This depends entirely on your age, health status and ultimate goals.

My clients range from 14 to 92 and I also train a number of people who have suffered significant injuries over the years, including joint replacement operations. I am adaptable and I believe that there is exercise available to everyone.

I am not your 'usual' kind of trainer, I like to inject humour and variety into the sessions, so you will never know what's coming and will always leave with a big sweaty smile on your face. To be honest, most of my clients laugh at me, not with me!

Sessions include - Running, HIIT, Tabata, resistance work (bands and weights) body weight exercise, chair exercise, balance and coordination, boxing, kickboxing, dance, yoga and gentle mobility and stretching. All the things!
